Terms of Service

1. What This Service Is

Pathwyse ("we," "us," "our service," operating at pathwyse.ca) provides research and informational guidance to help internationally trained professionals understand the licensing and credential recognition process for their profession in Canada. This includes personalized roadmap reports, document-based gap analysis, and related tools.

Our service is informational only. We are not a law firm, immigration consultancy, or a substitute for advice from a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC), lawyer, or the relevant professional regulatory body. Requirements, fees, and timelines change, and regulatory bodies are the only authoritative source for current, binding requirements. You should always verify information with the relevant regulator before making decisions based on content from this service.

3. Accuracy of Information

We use research-based methods and available information to prepare roadmaps, gap analyses, and related outputs. While we strive for accuracy, the information may contain errors, omissions, or outdated details. We do not guarantee that any roadmap, analysis, or other output is complete or fully current. You are responsible for verifying all critical information, including fees, deadlines, eligibility requirements, and examination details, directly with the appropriate official regulator before taking action.

4. Payments and Refunds

  • We offer a one-time Roadmap purchase and an optional recurring Tracker subscription. Current prices are shown at checkout.
  • Refund policy: Because each roadmap is generated on-demand and personalized to your specific profession, credentials, and target province, we do not offer refunds once a roadmap has been successfully generated and delivered. If roadmap generation fails due to a technical error on our end and the issue cannot be resolved through regeneration, you are entitled to a full refund for that purchase. Requests outside these circumstances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis — contact support@pathwyse.ca and we'll work with you in good faith.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel anytime from your account page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and no partial refunds are issued for the remainder of a billing period already paid for.

5. Document Uploads

If you choose to upload documents (transcripts, diplomas, licenses) for gap analysis, you retain ownership of these documents. We process them solely to generate your personalized analysis. See our Privacy Policy for details on storage, retention, and deletion.

6. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide (profession, credentials, target province) and for keeping your account access (email/login) secure.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pathwyse is not liable for any decisions made, costs incurred, or outcomes resulting from your use of information provided through this service, including but not limited to delays, denials, or unexpected costs in your licensing process.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
