  • Account information: email address, and any name you provide
  • Roadmap intake information: profession, country trained, target province, years of experience, any additional context you provide
  • Uploaded documents: transcripts, diplomas, licenses, or other credential documents you choose to upload for gap analysis
  • Payment information: processed directly by Stripe, our payment processor — we do not store your full card details ourselves
  • Usage data: basic technical logs (login activity, feature usage) to operate and improve the service

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To generate your personalized roadmap and gap analysis
  • To send you your results, deadline reminders (if subscribed to Tracker), and important account or regulatory update notifications
  • To process payments via Stripe
  • To improve our service and troubleshoot issues

3. How We Store and Protect Your Information

  • Data is stored using database and file storage, with industry-standard security practices.
  • Uploaded documents are stored securely and are not shared with any third party.
  • We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Document Retention and Deletion

  • Uploaded documents are retained for 90 days after upload, after which they are automatically and permanently deleted from our storage, unless you request earlier deletion.
  • You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time from your account settings, or by contacting support@pathwyse.ca.

5. Your Rights

Under Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA), you have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of your information
  • Withdraw consent for further processing (though this may limit your ability to use the service)

To exercise any of these rights, use the data export/deletion tools in your account settings, or contact support@pathwyse.ca.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication, account sessions, and administration security. We do not currently use third-party advertising cookies.

7. Children's Privacy

This service is not directed at, and should not be used by, anyone under the age of 18.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the site.
