Roadmap Purchases

Because each roadmap is generated on-demand and personalized to your specific profession, credentials, and target province, we do not offer refunds once a roadmap has been successfully generated and delivered.

If roadmap generation fails due to a technical error on our end and the issue cannot be resolved through regeneration, you are entitled to a full refund for that purchase.

Requests outside these circumstances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis — contact support@pathwyse.ca and we'll work with you in good faith.

Tracker Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel anytime from your account page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and no partial refunds are issued for the remainder of a billing period already paid for.

We offer a one-time Roadmap purchase and an optional recurring Tracker subscription. Current prices are shown at checkout.
